  1. Those are third party sellers, tantamount to Ebay but with better protection. No chance Amazon, themselves, would charge anymore than any other retailer. They're out there, I've seen a couple lately and haven't even been looking. But the longer you wait the easier they'll be to find when you're out and about. IMHO, Nintendo won't be releasing any type of revision for at least another 1.5 years.
  2. We leave for Florida on Wednesday. We're spending two days at Disneyworld and going to Magic Kingdom and Epcot, I believe. My wife was in charge of doing that part. I haven't been to Florida in 15 years and Disney specifically since the 3rd grade, which has been about 30 years. We are really looking forward to it.
  3. Yeah, that was it. I've had that thing for about 17-18 years. Upgraded the driver and amp both about 6 years ago and it still rocks hard.
  4. Well, depending on the price, I'll try to get in on the Prime Day deal here in an hour and half for Mad Max. I may also bite on CTHD in a half hour if it is low enough.
  5. It's probably been discussed already, but it looks like there is no 4K version for Black and Chrome, correct?
  6. LOL, is he flipping the double-bird in that second gif?
  7. Seems like a good deal, eh?
  8. My UHD for Deadpool was DOA. It's the only disc that hasn't worked on my el cheapo($120) Philips 5502, so far. Had my wife go to Walmart to return it and they tried to tell her she was SOL since they were no longer going to carry it(?). That was the wrong move with her, she let them know it was the wrong move, and the manager refunded it. Hopefully the new one from Amazon will work. Also have the Revenant coming and preordered Fifth Element.
  9. Sure. But my wife was ready to go afterwards. 👍👍
  10. Bought the psvr ST:Bridge Crew today and went through the whole tutorial before I started getting a headache. Does the main game allow you to look in any direction? It was kind of annoying trying to look at crew mates or even straight up and getting a message to not look that way or reset the view. The PC guy I saw playing on YouTube seemed to be able to look anywhere.
  11. I looked at building a shelf but it would have been far more difficult and time consuming. So I instead just moved my current mount two studs back, about 3.5-4 feet, and it is perfect. Far easier to set up as well with the motorized lens. I would not buy another projector without that option. This thing just blows my old one out of the water. We watched UHD Secret Life of Pets this morning and just wow. Colors were popping off the screen. Shadow details were very nice. The resolution was just fantastic. My wife commented on how bright and nice the picture was. I am VERY satisfied with this purchase. Now off to the gym.
  12. Also, on my last Dr. visit my triglycerides had dropped from around 350 to 177. Enough so to get the Dr. to agree that I no longer needed the script for it. Blood pressure is another story though. I foresee being on medicine for that over the duration. Family history is not on my side there.
  13. Funny. My wife knows that when steak is on sale to buy it and I'll grill it. Between that and pot roast, I eat a lot of red meat. And chicken. And fish occasionally. And bacon. I love bacon. And eggs too. I've also come to love these low carb tortilla shells, but not for taco night. I put peanut butter on them with a nice big glass of 2% milk. I never eat pasta and pizza is like a once every other month type of thing. I don't shy away from vegetables except I keep corn at a minimum. I don't really post in this thread, but over the last year I've come down from 356, a lifetime high, and I just made it down to 299. I have a hard time knowing exactly how much of that has been fat because I've been going to the YMCA for the last two months and working out hard 3x a week. My routine consists of hitting between 10-12 machines over the course of an hour. I spend most of the workout on upper body, front and back. I hit my legs briefly, but I've always had pretty lean legs so it isn't a focus for me. I know I have put on significant muscle because I can just feel it all over. I'm even getting the little V at the top of my chest under my neck. My chest press started at 4 sets at 187: 18, 12, 10 and 8. My chest press now is 4 sets at 250: 15, 10, 8, and 6.
  14. Dolby Atmos is coming to Netflix...if you use an Xbone. Other platforms will come later. https://www.engadget.com/2017/06/28/netflix-dolby-atmos-debut-okja/
