They will be when you need warranty repair. 3rd party warranties are shaky at best.

You could try AVS, Videogon or HTF

The Studio 100's would also require a powerful amp(not a receiver). they are quite demanding and dip into the 3 ohm variety alot causing even the highest end of receivers to clip.

I wouldn't use a receiver with the 800's anyway. Noone would recommend you do that.

Search audiogon to see what your speakers are going for. I've seen plenty of the NT series sell there. Besides, if you spent the $20 you'd get an easy ROI for your $20 because you could easily sell them too low.
