  1. Tenet, Christopher Nolan's new film, will be released on 7.17.2020. Nice cast. https://variety.com/2019/film/news/christopher-nolan-tenet-aaron-taylor-johnson-kenneth-branagh-1203223474/
  2. Vanity Fair Covers and the new details. -Keri Russell plays Zorri Bliss -New snow planet is Kijimi -New planet Pasaana, local inhabitants are called Aki-Aki -Creatures Finn & Jannah ride are Orbaks. -Richard E. Grant plays Allegiant General Pryde -Knights of Ren are back!
  3. Vanity Fair Images and Article. Really nice images from Annie Leibovitz J.J. Abrams, alongside Stunt Coordinator Eunice Huthart, directs the Knights of Ren; elite fearsome enforcers of Kylo Ren’s dark will. Vanity Fair reveals Keri Russell as the masked scoundrel Zorri Bliss, seen in the Thieves’ Quarter of the snow-dusted world Kijimi. First Order leaders General Hux (Domhnall Gleeson) and Allegiant General Pryde (Richard E. Grant) on the bridge of Kylo Ren’s destroyer. Finn and new ally Jannah (Naomi Ackie), atop hardy orbaks, lead the charge against the mechanized forces of the First Order. “It’s extremely surreal to be in it,” says Ackie, “and see how it works from the inside.” Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) and Rey battle it out with lightsabers in a stormy confrontation. Their Force-connection—what Driver calls their “maybe-bond”—will turn out to run even deeper than previously revealed. Jordanian locals play the Aki-Aki, natives of the planet Pasaana. Mark Hamill, as Luke, with R2-D2. Speculation is rampant about who will “rise” as the Skywalker of the movie’s title—and how that choice will reflect the way the world has changed since Star Wars debuted in 1977. https://www.vanityfair.com/hollywood/2019/05/star-wars-cover-story?verso=true
  4. Ordered new joysticks and buttons for the MK cab, also pulled everything out of the current control panel, replacing buttons should be simple, the joysticks will be more of a challenge.
  5. Yep, I saw it right after I posted, doh!
  6. Robert Pattinson will be The Batman Certainly an interesting choice.
  7. I'm pleased with how the Q80 handles reflections and glare, it's not perfect as light can scatter across the screen, but it's a lot less distracting than the Q70.
  8. They did. Let D&D adapt Revan's story, they seem to be good at that.
  9. Yeah, this season of GoT killed any positive vibes I had for D&D and Star Wars, There's also a lot of smoke around Johnsons trilogy being cancelled or that he's working with D&D. I'd rather they all work together at this point.
  10. It was also $300 less two days ago, hoping the price drops again so I can get that money back. I'll have the Q80R tomorrow, hopefully the difference is worth it.
  11. I should have never opened this thread, my wallet is in trouble.
  12. Q70 going back, nice TV, but I have too much light coming into my room distracting me for daytime use, going to try the Q80 which handles reflections better.
  13. Anyone else noticing a humming/buzzing/ringing sound when on the MK game select screen at times?
  14. Yeah, the 4-6 week wait time won't be easy, but i'll start working on the control panel upgrades while I wait, replacing Joysticks and buttons.
  15. Opened the cab to see how things looked and unfortunately side panel E has two gouges around 1/2" and 1" into the artwork, they are going to send a replacement panel.
  16. Yeah, seems like an odd issue to have, they are going to send me a replacement part, may take some time to get here, but i'm not in a rush.
  17. Figured I'd put together the riser tonight, unfortunately one of the pieces (rP) didn't have pre drilled holes on one side, bummer, hopefully I don't run into an QA issues with the cab.
  18. Just picked up the MK cab, will assemble tomorrow.
  19. Some interesting details just released in a clip from Far From Home about the MCU multiverse. Going to spoiler this out for other folks, but it's officially released press material.
