  3. Hey guys, Was just wondering if anyone has information on any "definitive" calibration settings for my Sony Bravia KDL-46EX523? I was tinkering around with other settings just to be curious, and accidentally reset the user adjustable settings to default. No, I wasn't screwing around with a service menu. I had the settings down in a text document that I copied from a site I found with a list of complete calibration settings, but I can no longer find that site, or my text document. Please let me know! Thanks!
  4. Got the 4 Disc set of Prometheus. Sight-unseen, as I never got a chance to see it in the theaters. I enjoyed it very much! Am definitely going to watch it a few more times, and definitely with commentary. Then I get to dig into the 3 1/2 hour documentary!!!!
  5. What Pete doesn't know, is that George is about to hand him an artifact that the folks at Warehouse 13 will be looking for.... Fight it Pete...fight it!!!!!
  6. Saw TDKR today. Firstly, I need to go see it again to get a better, more fair take on it. But for now, here's where I am. Bane just didn't do it for me at all. He was way too overacted and the voicing they gave him constantly reminded me of the sound of Darth Vaders' "NOOOOOOO" in ROTS. His voice was way too loud in comparison to the other voices and sounds in the scenes. Took me out of the moment of the scene. His dialogue was spoken so campy, that you don't believe him. He sounded like Bruce Payne in Dungeons and Dragons. Most of the time he just came across as a pissed off MMA fighter with a miniature metal Sarlacc looking breather mask. Anne Hathaway was super hot, and did a fair job in her role, but I am not going to call her CatWoman. There was nothing CatWoman about her at all. She would be more akin to Batgirl, but even still, she was just a normal crook who ended up siding with Batman, and who wore most flattering tight clothing. Previous two films alumni, Freeman, Caine, and Oldman were comfortable, reliable and did their job. Some cool cameos and being left with some distinct possibilities for future films made it a little more fun that it might have been. The film was "enjoyable", and an unnoticably long run time, but I am still left feeling that they seriously dropped the ball with this one. They just didn't have enough good storyline for me. A lot of the happenings in the film felt like filler to get us to the end, and the film comes away with a very choppy and inconsistent feel. I'd give it a 2 out of 5 right now. In order of best to worst for me... 1. Dark Knight 2. Begins 3. Rises
  7. Everytime I saw Connors, all I thought of was "You daft PRICK!!!" from Notting Hill.
