The Daisy
For those of you that own multiple systems, which systems are getting played right now. I was just thinking about my systems the other day and realized that I hadn't turned on my Xbox in probably a month. It seems as though I'm playing my Gamecube all of the time though, between Viewtiful Joe and Nascar: Dirt to Daytona. My PS2 doesn't get a ton of play, but I do use it for NCAA Football 2004 at least once or twice a week. How's about you? Glen
JTello
All Xbox for about a month now,.. Sry to my poor little DC! ESPN Football, Crimson Skies and some SSX3. But I need to get back to KOTOR, argh! And I'm waiting on Godzilla DAMM on back order to be sent out by Friday.
Sam P
Glen, Since getting my 'Box, my PS2 has been largely dormant. It's not that I have lost interest, far from it. It's just that, the past few games I've gotten have all been multi-platform and the 'Box is my top choice for those. As a general rule, they look and sound best on my setup and run smoother. The PS2 might start getting some play time again, once I fire up my new copy of Kingdom Hearts. When Gran Turismo 4 comes out next summer, my PS2 will not go off... Carlucci
Our Ps2 is being used as a glorified DVD player right now, but that will change when we get SSX 3. I spend 99% of my time playing Xbox, and my sons play 25% Xbox and about 70% Gamecube. We just haven't bought a game for the PS2 in months. Given a platform choice on a given game, my kids always prefer GCN, and I prefer Xbox. But I'm going to force the issue for SSX 3 due to the controller scheme advantage the PS2 has for that game. heavy liquid
My PS2 is getting the most play, but that's mainly because it's the new child in my console family, and I have a lot of catching up to do. But I have also been going back and forth with Jedi Outcast on the Xbox, and Viewtiful Joe on Gamecube a few times a week. I'm progressing in the games, albeit slowly. My GBA is the one that's currently being neglected.
Sam P
I also wanted to add that when I have a good PC, it gets alot of play time, too. As it progressively outdates, it reverts to a work/ productivity machine.
The Daisy
I forgot to mention my GBA. That's getting a ton of play for me right now between FFTA and SMBA 4. Glen
xPieter
1. XBOX - SSX 3, NFL 2K3, (hopefully Top Spin later today) 5 Day/Week 2. GC - Mario Party 4, Animal Crossing 2 Days/Week 3. PS2 - Britney's Dance Beat 1 Day/Month Pieter
Romier S
Playstation 2 has recently been getting the most play time out of me. The release of Castlevania has a large part in that (though I finally beat it last night with 100% completion), not too mention Im working on beating the Sony "big three" of platform titles (ie Ratchet and Clank, Sly Cooper and the first Jax and Daxter). Also just picked up WWE Smackdown Here Comes the Pain which is so much of an improvement over the rest of the series that Im hooked. After that I would say my Xbox is coming in at a close second. Grabbed by the Ghoulies has been getting some nice play time as well as Crimson Skies single player. Also working through Otogi for a second time in between those sessions. Raibow Six 3 has been purchased today and Ill b working through the SP on that here soon. Top Spin will also be coming home by next week. Also at a close third is the PC which getting a some time with the recent Call of Duty demo (which is utterly to die for). The recent 1.10 release for Diablo 2 has sparked my interest in replaying that and I started to do so last night. I've also been replaying through Max Payne 2 which at this point just cant seem to get old for me (what a huge improvement over the first game IMHO). I also just picked up Final Fantasy XI for the PC today so I'll be on that later tonight . Finally is the GC which is also getting its equal share. Rebel Strike is a decent action game and Im enjoying the flying missions quite a bit. Currently working on the Geonosis asteroid level with Wedge (the sonic charges from the jedi starfighter are damn cool!) and Ive worked through about 3 levels of Lukes campaign. Viewtiful Joe of course is almost complete but I'm stuck on one of the later bosses that just wont die. I've also recently started up a game of Resident Evil Zero as I was in the worst mood to play it for some reason. Pretty much I tried to tier them but they all get equal play time from me. Nothing gathers much dust in my house since I try to spread things equally and I dont mind playing somee games in short spurts.

Nothing gathers much dust in my house since I try to spread things equally and I dont mind playing somee games in short spurts. I'm the opposite. I prefer to play one thing at a time, but go heavy on that one thing. Plus I like extended sessions, like 3 hours+. After I beat it, I move on to the next. Romier, you have PM, by the way. Angry the Clown
It's been the X-box for a long time now, but with mine stolen in transit well over a month ago, I've been giving my dusty PS2 some time since buying Virtua Fighter 4 Evolution (plus I finally have a copy of Rez coming for it). I'm planning for the Cube to have some solid playtime soon too..... and of course when I get my X-Box replacement back, that will probably take over again as its leading in the number of winter titles I'd like to purchase. Kain rising
I would say about 70% Xbox, 20% PS2, and 10% GameCube for myself. But I love them all. However, once my recently ordered ignition pad for DDR arrives, the PS2 % will go up.
Zathras
Lately I would say 80% Xbox 15% ps2 5% GC/other
Chris
I'd say, maybe 70/30 'box/'cube, but that is going to change to probably 50/50 'box/ps2 when I get my hands on RS3 and SSX3. It all depends on the games.
Mark E
Right now I'm roughly, oh, 20% Cube and 80% PC. My game time is extremely super-limited due to school right now so I squeeze in an hour or two of Day of Defeat when I can and call it a day. The past two days though have actually gone about 100% Cube as I got this weird urge to play Luigi's Mansion and am having a bit of fun with that. Once I have a nice new PC I'll mostly game on that, honestly. I love consoles but PC gaming is my drug of choice normally. Also if I had a job there'd be a lot more console games for me to play. Right now I'm fighting the good fight trying to keep my bills and groceries down and up respectively.
fishepa
Right now most definitely xbox with Crimson Skies and Top Spin. The gamecube and Skies of Arcadia will probably be collecting dust for awhile.
MrJames
Mostly Xbox with various games and free long distance/conferencing with you guys.:green: PS2 gets some time with Socom I and II Beta and will continue once the retail version of Socom II is released. I've negelcted the hell out of my GC. Rebel Strike should change that when I get it.
rustyjaw
In the past 6 months it's been approx: 50% Xbox 20% GC 20% GBA 10% PS2 In the past week: 60% PS2 (SSX3) 30% Xbox (Crimson Skies) 10% GBA (Pokemon Pinball, Wario Ware) 0% GC
FLYING SE7EN
Over the past week or so its been GameCube 70% XBox 25% PS2 5% But since I got Rainbow Six 3 today, and possibly Crimson Skies tommorrow, it'll be XBox 80% Cube 20% PS2 0% No PS2 dominance on the radar until Syphon Filter:Omega Strain comes out. Cheers. J.
JFo
During the week, my PS2 has been getting the most attention. Having just played through Jak and Daxter, I'm now working on Ratchet and Clank as well as the highly touted Rez. The weekends are another story. A friend of mine recently discovered the wonder that is Super Smash Bros. Melee. Let's just say that this game's grip on him is about as tight as the crocodile?s jaws around its prey. He has an all-out addiction to it and simply must play it whenever he and my other friends stop by. So, the weekends are reserved for GameCube time, with an occasional bout of multi-player Halo mixed into the loop. Looking forward, I suspect that the PS2 is going to get a bunch more playtime thanks to the release of Ratchet and Clank: Going Commando and Jak II. Meanwhile, the Xbox will get used primarily for Prince of Persia: Sands of Time and the Grand Theft Auto Two-Pack. Then, there's the big one. The granddaddy of all holiday games.... Double Dash!!. Mario Kart: Double Dash!! that is. I suspect my life will be consumed by this game once its out. Life will indeed be good around Thanksgiving time. Calvin
It has been the Xbox by far, with the live titles getting the most use. I'm in 2 football leagues - & with Crimson Skies,Top Spin & CounterStrike - that trend will continue. I have been playing the GC, though - working my way through Rebel Strike, with Starfox Adventures,Metroid Prime to finish, & the animated Superman game as well. PS2 has been the dust catcher, with some SOCOM here & there. This will change with SOCOM 2,though. Alon need to finish Half-Life & Onimusha 2... Chris F
For me all three systems are occupying my time. Xbox mostly for Live titles: Crimson Skies, Rainbow Six 3 and now Top Spin as well as Amped 2. PS2 for can't miss exclusives: Smackdown : HCTP, DDRMAX2, Castlevania : LoI, Tony Hawk's Underground. Gamecube for the exclusives as well: Viewtiful Joe, F-Zero GX. My GBA is also seeing some action with Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3. All three are getting a good workout. Although I'll never finish a game, I probably have a game for any sort of mood I'm in.
Mark E
simply must play it whenever he and my other friends stop by I would have whole days of my life back if I had all the hours I've put into SSB:M over the past year :green:. One of the best multiplayer titles ever for a group of gamers.
iainl
Its about equal right now, actually. PS2 has Shikigami No Shiro, which is really good fun, and I've been going back to Vice City to make another stab at the missions I got stuck at (not getting any further, though). Gamecube is all about the Soul Calibur II. Brilliant anyway, its just been lifted to another level now I have a Hori stick for it. XBox is almost entirely used for messing around in Midtown on Live at the moment, and being annoyed that the few times I see any of you guys are online, you're always playing things like Crimson Skies or Rainbow Six 3 that aren't even out over here yet.
