Robot Monkey
I forgot to share with everyone -- the new Futurama movie, The Beast With A Billion Backs, is awesome. It's much, much better than the first one. Don't get me wrong, the first one was fun, but the new one is much stronger and more than primarily fan service. Ron
Really? I kind of like Bender's Big Score better (maybe because I'm one of the fans they're servicing? ). They're both classic Futurama though.
Robot Monkey
Oh, I enjoyed the hell outta Bender's Big Score. And yeah, because I'm one of the fans being serviced. I think it's like Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back. Pure fan service, but I loved it because I'm one of the fans. I thought the new one had a better story and a smoother narrative, tho. Dimness
Looking forward to the third one. Loved both of them.
Mark E
Liked both, thought the first one was better though. Always loved the way Futurama handles time travel. And any Futurama movie involving a new religion that DOES NOT include a guest appearance by the Space Pope makes me so very, very sad. ChrisBardon
The only real problem with the new futurama movie is that they had this fantastic opportunity to make at least one Day of the Tentacle joke, and they squandered it Other than that, a great episode.
