No idea, it was announced 16 months ago, but nothing mentioned since.

Well, if nothing else, the Box Office performance on Chapter 3 should maybe get it back on the Front Burner.

I’d be more worried that Starz may be put up for sale.

Unless the performance has persuaded them that concentrating efforts on a new film every two years is more productive than diverting to TV.

Oh yeah, that's a thing I hadn't considered...

Hopefully they'd be able to do both, and I suppose I would prefer the films, but I'm just so in love with this Universe that we seem to have only scratched the surface of.  Want to see more!

They always said the show would happen no matter how many movies they made.

Tenet, Christopher Nolan's new film, will be released on  7.17.2020.

Nice cast.

Quote

“Tenet,” which is being filmed on location across seven countries, is an action epic evolving from the world of international espionage.

Nolan is directing from his own original screenplay and will use a mix of Imax and 70mm film to bring the story to the big screen.

That's a good start as far as I'm concerned. it generates a ton of questions about who the girl is, how it ties into John and the future. Curious to see if they ignore the last movie all together (they should). I'm interested. Despite the goofy name.

I thought I had heard this film basically ignores anything that came after T2.

Yes I believe that’s right. Everything post-t2 is on the scrap heap. This looks quite promising. Wonderful to see Hamilton again if nothing else.

Well that gets me even more excited if they are indeed ignoring everything post T2.

EDIT: Holy shit, it took me watching the trailer a few times to recognize Mckenzie Davis from the San Junipero episde of Black Mirror!

Hmm... not sure.

As a huge Terminator fan... HUGE.....This is my sentiment as well.

The trailer seems like a mashup of Terminator Salvation and the last movie.

I'm still watching at the theater anyway... Like I've done for all the previous terminator films because I'm a sucker.

Don’t know why but I immediately thought of Tully before those others. :)

Who gets to say "Come with me if you want to live" this time?

Carlos.

I guarantee it’ll be Sarah Connor.

When do King of the Monsters reviews surface? Just listening to Bear McCreary’s score and he’s done something that made me squeal with delight. 😀

I would think early next week. Got our tickets for opening night :). I’m waiting to listen to the soundtrack, love McCreary’s stuff.

Interesting name, Ad Astra. Sounds like a pharmaceutical.

Its meaning is “to the stars.”
