Romier S
I'm suprised this hasn't been posted yet considering the music game fans we have on the forum.. In addition, The Beatles: Rock Band will offer a limited number of new hardware offerings modeled after instruments used by John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr throughout their career. fighting fish
The big quesiton for me is will you be able to import all of the previous Rock Band disc songs and DLC into this game, or import the songs from this game into Rock Band 2. Not having to switch discs to have your entire music library is a big deal for me.
Jordan_E
SOLD! I love The Beatles.
dogbert
I doubt there will be song imports of this content into Rock Band 2; Harmonix (and Apple Music) have been quite vocal about this being completely separate to the existing "platform". Of course, that was all before they announced the title with Rock Band in it
GunnerX
Well, I just hope you can export the RB2 tracks to the HDD and make those playable in this version. Either way it's the same. What's interesting is the pricing on the Guitar and the Premium Edition. The stand alone game remains the same price but the other two are much higher than their RB2 counterparts. I hope they release full size versions of the guitars and maybe the drum set comes with cymbals as a standard. There's really nothing new in this press release, the only big thing is the date, the 10th anniversary of the Sega Dreamcast.

Gotta just keep telling myself that. Oooo, it's Paul's Bass.

Scott Van Dyke
the only big thing is the date, the 10th anniversary of the Sega Dreamcast. 14th anniversary of me standing in line for a $339.99 Playstation, too. Ah, memories.
Graeme
I'm interested in getting some details on the game. Now that it's called The Beatles: Rock Band, I'm wondering how different from Rock Band with Beatles songs it's going to be.

Covak
My two favorite bands: The Beatles and Metallica. I'm pretty happy with the music game selection this year And I'm glad it's the Beatles getting the better Harmonix treatment. Whatever the details, it's gotta be awesome

EnemaEms
The Wii version will sell better than the 360 & PS3 versions. I am willing to bet the Wii version sells equal to or better than the 360 and PS3 version combined. -Dean-

GunnerX
OMG!!! Definitely a day one purchase! I'm going to have to invest in 4 mic stands since they are on sale this week. It looks like there's 4 voice tracks!! SWEET!
Anthony G
This really looks fantastic. Day one purchase for me as well.
Covak
Oh my Beautiful. I was wondering why the backing vocals on Under The Sea were cranked up until I noticed the multi-singer support. Sweeeeet! I could never get my dad near these games but I'm sure he'll enjoy singing for this one
Graeme
Woo! Can't wait. That looks great. I love how many different looks to the band there are, not just different venues, and the UI has a bit of a makeover to fit. It looks like there's 4 voice tracks!! I think it's just 3, but still that's pretty awesome. Edited June 2, 2009 by DrunkOM
