kelley
The movie looks awesome, but yahoo's delivery of it sucked. What media format was that? Give us Quicktime!

MrMike
It was flash. I hate watching trailers on yahoo. They should just let apple do them all.
Angel P
Man, I can't wait!
Angry the Clown
It's looking pretty decent. It certainly has me more interested than any of the trailers for Spider-Man did anyhow. MJ seems less slutty thankfully. Allegedly the trailer is tacked onto prints of Return of the King as of the 17th. Daniel
iainl
I've still not seen all of it yet, but can someone confirm something for me - is that really Alfred "throw me the idol" Molina? Where did they drag him up from?
Andy Sheets
Yeah, it's Alfred Molina. I'll admit that I haven't caught too many of his movies, but it seems that he became a pretty respected actor somewhere along the way
Angel P
Lately, he's been in Frida with Salma Hayek and Identity (which I hope everyone on this forum saw). Great movie.
iainl
Actually, no - I'm a fan of John Cusack, the premise sounded interesting, and yet somehow I completely failed to get around to seeing it. Was it good, then?
adamsappel
I really like Alfred Molina (except for a couple of his stupid quickly-cancelled sitcoms). Good casting, imo.
Chris
Yeah, he was great in Frida. I look forward to seeing him in this.
MastaRedSnappa
Dr. Octopus was always one of my favorite Spidey villains (along with Scorpion, of course!). I hope they're not going to pursue the Doc Ock/Aunt May love saga!
kelley
Yes the trailer was shown before my showing of RotK.
Angel P
Was it good, then? It was, imo. Also, well acted by the cast: Ray Liotta, Amanda Peet, John Cusack, Alfred Molina, Rebecca DeMornay, Jake Busey, John C. McGinley and the unforgettable Pruitt Taylor Vince. As for the trailer, I wish they had shown more Doctor Octopus and less Spidey. Then again, I don't want to see every scene he's in. Just saw the trailer again, was wondering: if Peter's back is towards the street, why didn't Mary Jane see the car coming? Oh well!
Jordan_E
I really didn't care too much for Spiderman, mostly due to the drastic changes in the Green Goblin look, but seeing this trailer on TV yesterday I have to admit I'm actually looking forward to the sequel now. Doc Ock looked pretty damn cool. Liked that shot of him climbing up the side of the building.
EnemaEms
Finally saw the trailer before ROTK yesterday (never could get the shitty yahoo one to work). Spidey 2 looks amazing. The effects of Spidey swinging and leaping look 100 times better than the original. I actually believed that was a real person swinging on a web. Oh, and Doc Ock looks cool as hell. The filmmakers didn't screw up his look like they did the Goblins. -Dean-
iainl
Jake Busey? Consider me sold. Yes, I am completely insane, thank you for noticing.
secretvampire
Saw the trailer last night before ROTK...I must say that is one of the best trailers I've ever seen. At least that opening scene!
Kain rising
It must not be universally attached to ROTK - I know it wasn't shown when I saw it last night. Too bad, I was looking forward to it. :?
Angry the Clown
Mmm, it's certainly not reached British shores as I had thought sadly. Daniel
