Romier S
Much of the development team that brought you Marvel's Spider-Man is returning to produce Marvel's Spider-Man 2, including Bryan Intihar (creative director) and Ryan Smith (game director). Today's game footage trailer is merely just a glimpse at what's in store in terms of the new abilities our heroes will acquire, suits they will wear (more on that some other time), and the villains that will try to hunt them down. And speaking of villains, did you catch that final line at the end of the trailer? We're so happy to announce that Tony Todd (of Candyman fame) will be voicing the symbiote-fueled Venom in Marvel's Spider-Man 2. We're also delighted to welcome back Yuri Lowenthal and Nadji Jeter, who will reprise their roles as Peter and Miles respectively. We've been fortunate to work with so many incredibly talented actors in our Spider-Man games, and Tony has been such a wonderful addition to the cast. Tony Todd as Venom is just perfection. Why they gotta show two Spiders at one time and then do that to me.
Angry the Clown
I think it makes sense. I can't imagine the two of them are together all the time and would expect the action to alternate between each character's stories regularly, and then throw them together at pivotal moments. I'm excited, though don't know how to feel about Venom. I'll be curious to see which comes first, this or Wolverine. You'd have to imagine both games are going to exist in the same universe though. Romier S
Insomniac have confirmed via a Playstation blog entry that Spider-Man 2 will release in Fall 2023. Speaking of Marvel's Spider Man 2, let's kick things off with some exciting news from developer Insomniac Games confirming the release window for the web-slinging sequel. Marvel's Spider-Man 2 launches on PS5 in fall 2023. Following the events of Marvel's Spider-Man and Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales, the Spider-duo of Peter Parker and Miles Morales are back in the next blockbuster action chapter of the Marvel's Spider-Man series. Much is still to be revealed about the game, and going off the quality of the past two titles, we're bound to be in for a fantastic new original Spider-Man adventure. https://blog.playstation.com/2022/12/15/playstation-in-2023-highlights/ OldDarth
