Robot Monkey
Looks good so far. Too shiny for my taste, but I'm sure that's just early-in-the-process stuff. At least I hope so! -j

Eldorado
I see they already have the brand new Bengal uniforms, but they've got the wrong guy at QB. Sean
foogledricks
Screenshots NOT in widescreen! I hope that doesn't mean anything. This game purchase is a nobrainer for me. NFL2K3 is still my favorite XBlive game. I did not buy 2K4 just because my time was occupied with other games. With XSN-like support, i will be very busy this fall. Oh, also I am having a baby this fall... that will be part of the reason I'm busy
Buck
With the new information on the next installment of ESPN Football, Romier and I decided to play a game online tonight. Here's a highlight video of me running a kickoff back with a humorous end. Enjoy ESPN video
JoeyN
LOL. I like when you do that and the defense knocks ya into the endzone. Pisses your opponent off capt

EnemaEms
As always, I'll be picking up SEGA's great football game on release date. For some reason, it is the only game I can make time for online. -Dean-
JTello
Oh, also I am having a baby this fall. I saw the news reports this week that there is a way for women two women to have a baby without a man, .... but in my opinion your news is even bigger Keith. Have you started having 4am cravings for pickles and eggs?
merlot
I'm certainly looking forward to this game. I loved every version so far. I hope they fix some of the little gameplay problems, like the indestructible RB's, and as Paul mentioned, the kick returns. The Eagles should be an uber team with TO. :green: (I'll admit they were over-rated in the last version) [EDIT] Now that I think about it, they'll be medicore at best with a great WR. Most of last seasons games were won on a wing and a prayer.
The Daisy
I'm just curious about how much they'll hype up Detroit. People seemed to have fallen in love with that team, post draft. They're a good young team, no doubt about that, but Matt Millen hasn't even come close to putting a good team on the field yet. I know I can count on the Packers having a good rating again this year. Favre is always a solid 90+ guy, Ahman Green is deserving of a rating like that as well. It just depends on how much they value their defense... which after all, was the reason that Philly even got to the NFC championship. Bruce B
Key features announced including maximum tackling. I'm hoping this feature isn't "over the top" so that it resembles an NFL Blitz type game.

Mediocre RB, crappy WR's, and a QB who runs well but is a bit inaccurate throwing the ball. This years Eagles team should feature the same thing, except an Overrated WR will be added to the crappy WR's. -Dean-
BdoUK
Regarding Maximum Tackling... I wonder if this feature will be like Maximum Passing...in the capacity that the user has the option to toggle it on or off before the start of a game? That's a good question. I would assume that they would let you turn it on, especially if it adds an "arcadey" touch to the game. fishepa
From IGN Article: the Maximum Tackles system will also enable superstar ball carriers the ability to break more tackles. That's just what we need, more superstar RB's breaking even more tackles.
BdoUK
Link says it all.... http://sports.ign.com/articles/510/510528p1.html I can't wait for this game to come out!
EnemaEms
HOLY SHIT! SEGA amazes me with each new incarnation of their football series. Once again they are making sure you are just not buying updated rosters. :tu: The game is actually being built for the X-box this time (finally). Everyone interested in this game needs to read the articled linked in Brandon's post. The new tackling system sounds real fun, as does the new QB evade system. Oh, and no more cutting from the left to right at full speed. We'll actually see the runner plant his foot, and then have to build up speed again. :tu: -Dean-
