JFo
Please note that I am not asking what you think the system will cost. I want to know how much money you would be comfortable spending on this new handheld.
iainl
I've voted "$150 - $199", but in Real Money I plan to get one if/when they hit ?129. Its what I've paid for four of my last five 'proper' consoles (PS1, DC, GC and XBox; the PS2 was a bit more at ?169, but I did get a load of freebies with it), so its what I'm used to now. Assuming I don't just leave it, and go for a DS instead, but that is a debate for when both machines are actually out and playable.
The Daisy
I think it's funny that no one seems to be willing to pay what the reported price will be. I don't know if that bodes well for the launch of the PSP. Glen
kelley
no more then $
rustyjaw
I would be comfortable spending up to $249, but I would mostly likely uncomfortably spend $300 if that was the debut price.
Calvin
I say $150-$199. The only way I'd do more would be if it has a lot of movies, making it a good portable DVD-type player.
rustyjaw
I just can't see how they can get the price under $200 with the tech that's in it. Unless it becomes a loss-leader, but does Sony have any history of making loss-leader products?
