GreenMonkey Posted August 1, 2004 Report Share Posted August 1, 2004 Hey guys, Trying out my first MMORPG thanks to a $50 Best Buy GC (which I got for booking our honeymoon cruise through Travelocity). I originally went in looking to pick up C&C Generals Deluxe Ed. I ended up trying to decide between between CoH and FFXI. Stacey (my wife) expressed interest in playing FFXI, so that ended up being the winner (don't know if she'll actually play eventually or not). I know City of Heroes is popular around here, but anyone else playing FFXI? Over at HTF I saw some discussion of the game when it came out... I've played a total of one hour or so (enough to find my way around, find shops, equip weaponry, get gamepad set up, etc). Just checking to see if anyone else is playing it.
