Ninja Gaiden's Bosses

My vote goes with the first encounter with Alma. No matter how many times I play the game, she always seems to mess me up real good and she does it with what appears to be very little real effort. Defeating her is always a very special victory.

 

And you? Sorry if I didn't put all the bosses down, but you can only have 10 choices. Besides, I think I picked the 10 hardest bosses in the game from which to choose.

I voted for the Horse Capt.

 

I only took into my account my first play thru the game, one you know how to defeat these guys, they are a bit less frustrating.

 

But damn, my first play thru the game, when I reached Horse Dude I didn't quite have any skills yet, and he was draggin and throwing my sorry ass all over the place. The rest of the way thru I at least had some ninja skills and it became trial and error/pattern recognition to defeat the rest of the bosses.

 

None of them frustrated me like Horse Guy. I was almost ready to give it up then and there.

I voted for Alma #1, but the second one kicked the crap outta me as well!!

 

The beauty of the boss fights in NG is that even after you figure out their pattern and weak spots, its still a challenge to beat them due to the skill and timing involved with your attacks/evasions.

Alma was a cinch IMHO. Got her pattern down on the first try and killed her using only 2 magic potions. (on Normal Difficulty.)

What are you talking about? There are no camera issues with Ninja Gaiden! It must have been entirely your fault if you died on that boss!!!

 

(For the record, I would rank him as the second toughest, simply because he beat me down like such a pathetic ho so many times.)
