Guest Bryan
ESPN HD has just been added to the Time Warner channel lineup for anyone who has the HD converter. Got it just in time to see the first Sunday night NFL game!
Eldorado
I'm not seeing it anywhere. Sean

MrJames
Up until a few months ago you really weren't missing anything. There was very little programming in HD and everything else was upconverted to stretch-o-vision. They've since changed the apsect ratio to 4:3 for SD and added Sportscenter and NFL Primetime to the HD lineup.
Whooter
Mine had a lot of stuff upconverted, but none of it was stretched. Non-HD material is windowboxed (although I will say that one exception to this were the non-HD hightlights during Berman's halftime show. Those were stretched.) I was just complaining to my dad on Friday that ESPN had just announced ESPN2-HD and I was still waiting on the first one, and voila! It shows up on Saturday morning.... :tu:
Guest Bryan
Great game last night - watching the HD version gave it a big game feel that I really enjoyed. Seeing Berman at halftime reminded me of ESPN 2K5. I can't tell which one looked better!
