Josh
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...item=6929793723 I have nothing to say, aside from the guy's comment that systems are not really his specialty. With this many systems, I fear what his real specialty is.

As for me, I would put a bid on the collection, but since he's not selling any N-Gages, he can go to hell.
Whooter
With Christmas around the corner, now's the time to get prepared for the selling of the $60-$80 NES systems, and $80-$125 Atari 2600's!! Where are NES's and 2600's selling for that kind of jack? Or is that Pesos?
Romier S
$60-$80 NES systems, and $80-$125 Atari 2600's Those better includes the original boxes and instructions. For 125 bucks that Atari 2600 better be brand spanking new too. This guy makes Romier look like a senseable person when it comes to buying video game systems. And that is saying something. *hugs his new Turbo Duo RX*
xPieter
As for me, I would put a bid on the collection, but since he's not selling any N-Gages, he can go to hell. For me it's no TurboGrafx-16, no sale! Pieter

Starhawk
Oh my God. Looks like he owned a store. Why would you own so many systems? Look at how some Super Nintendos turn brown. Mine did this after several years. Did yours?
Mark E
Oh my God. Looks like he owned a store. Why would you own so many systems? We can safely presume Saddam was going to buy them for his missle system, but that market has now dried up .
dogbert
I'd rather buy Shou's collection that he's selling. More "personal" than just a bunch of systems. Shou's 'for sale' list For a sense of scale: http://www.ntsc-uk.com/features/GamingColl...s/shousama8.jpg http://www.ntsc-uk.com/features/GamingColl...s/shousama7.jpg http://www.ntsc-uk.com/features/GamingColl...s/shousama1.jpg
Calvin
The SNES's can be cleaned. Hardly any games... No sale for me! Though I need a Bally Astrocade

JFo
The auction has ended with a final bid of $11,500. I hope the winner has a lot of TVs.

Beer Monkey
I'd rather buy Shou's collection that he's selling. More "personal" than just a bunch of systems. I used to hang out with him on #vidgames in the early 90s. Real hardcore crowd. I'm surprised to see anybody give everything up, but I guess he has other interests now. I can somewhat relate, as I am largely (but not entirely) giving up the collecting aspect of the hobby. I don't need 30+ systems and thousands of games. I can revisit the past through emulators and a sprinking of 'real' classics. My motivation largely comes from needing more space, it was getting to the point that my basement was mostly games.
