It still has a Best Buy warranty good through 1/8/06. I'll also be packing in a headphone adapter and a halfway decent carrying case. Five games included (No boxes, but I do have the manuals for all except Wario Ware): Mario Golf Mario/Luigi Superstar Saga Final Fantasy Tactics Madden 2005 Wario Ware Inc. Price: $100 shipped.
