I pleased to say that I am back...... Bobbio?s fresh From the Midwest Goulash 2lbs Hamburger ? of a medium onion chopped 2 cans kidney beans 2 cans tomatoes 2 cans tomato sauce 1 cup ketchup 3 cups elbow noodles to taste: Garlic Basil Oregano Salt Pepper Start by browning the meat, with the spices, and onion together until the onion is tender. Next add in the tomatoes, kidney beans, ketchup, and tomato sauce. Stir until will mixed let simmer over low heat. At this time started cooking the noodles once they are soft and tender drain and add to the mixture. Bring the mixture to a boil for and let boil for 5 mins. Stir often Turn down heat to a simmer and let simmer for 45 mins For a true Midwest treat garnish with a couple pieces of sliced buttered bread.
