I also know of a bug that caused alot of grief where the American assualt wpn was way overpowered. Anyway, I saw this at the store for $19 so I figured why not. Its' a 4 cd(no dvd available that I saw) set with the 4 disc being a bonus disc with the WWII Mod. Other than that and it's updated on the latest patch, I don't find it much different.
