Chris The Rock
I'm trying to install a 3rd HDD on my PC, and I just realized that the IDE cable I have only supports 2 devices. My power supply has an extra plug, so I'm assuming I could connect it if I had an IDE cable that could support 3 devices. Am I right? Sherbz
IDE cables only support 2 devices per cable, but you should have both your hard drives on one and your CD/DVD drive on the other. It should work if you connect the new HD to that cable.

I've got a USB HDD enclosure, I can just put one of my drives in there. I'm really just wanting it to store captured video from my digital camcorder. kelley
You could always buy a PCI add in card from Promise.
Graeme
I bought an external drive enclosure for my 3rd drive. It was cheap, and easy to install.... I haven't actually needed it though so it just sit there till I fill up the two other drives. Also makes a nice portable drive if I ever need it.
