EnemaEms
Back in April some crazy Cuban sent me an invite to same new finangled video game website. He promised me that it would be a place that would have a mature and heavily modertated discussion on games. I was told that this place was going to be the pinnacle of gaming websites and forums. So I said "OK". Romier and I have been friends for awhile now, so I figured I'll take his word for it (I won't mention the threats I was given if I didn't come here ). So I sign up, and sure enough many of my friends from some other place I already forgot about were here and everything was real good. So now several months later, the forum is begining to grow every day with new members who are wanting the same things that I wanted. All I can say is LCVG is delivering it in spades. I have been so impressed on what Romier, Kelley, and Scott have done. There is no gaming forum on the web that can even come close to what LCVG is about. And what s LCVG about you ask? It's about a bunch of asshats using photo editing programs to crack jokes. Oh wait, that is just a bonus on what we get here. LCVG is the place to talk games. Here you will see no thread craps go unnoticed, you will not see fanboys running rampant on people's threads, and you will not see people being flamed here for any reason (unless you are a monkey of robotic stature of course ). Just kidding Jay. LCVG is all about taking gaming serious. Gaming is a passionate hobby, and many people will defend their favorite title to their grave, even if it sucks a hard one. What LCVG is all about is giving that person a lobby to explain why they love their games and people here will respect that opinion, if they don't, you better not be disrespecting in my forum. I am so proud to be a member here that I asked Kelley to be a mod. I have never wanted to be a mod anywhere because I felt it is too much work to keep things the way they should be. But for me, LCVG is worth it. This is my new home on the web, and I want to keep it just like my home I actually live in, cozy and comfy. Again, I applaud the owners of this forum for creating something that us gamers have been wanting for a long time. I look forward to working with you guys for a long time to make this place "The Best Damn Site On The Web". Now for that bonus I was talking about. -Dean-
Angry the Clown
It's actually the first site I come to every time I log on. To have come back from my two week break to be greeted by the new look forum was a completely overwhelming surprise and I just love it here. The design and the approach I know the folks in the administration have to running the site and the forum, is all first class. There will be no substitute. .......Oh and the current crop of members isn?t half bad either. Daniel
Camp
I'm rather addicted too. Just imagine how cool things will be when the main site is up and running.
JTello
-When my girlfriend takes over our HT TV to watch yet another 'Reality' show where do you guys think I go? Well, I do play a bit of BF1942, but otherwise I always have at least one bowser window open to LCVG as I surf! I have a suggestion for a site slogan: LCVG - Helping to make gaming folks gleefully poor since 2003!
Adam Tyner
I want to like LCVG, but it's not 720p, and it doesn't use the center channel except in cutscenes.
JTello
Good Point Adam, also I don't think it's backward compatible with the PS1, all next Gen sites should be backward compatible!
Jason Merrick
Uh-oh, the blech of home theater surfing rears it's ugly head... A good site is a good site, regardless of aspect ratio, interlaced/progressive, and/or use of a center channel! When will you all get this through your hard heads? The Daisy
I think I'm upset with LCVG because of the fact that they have 720P support right there on the back of the site, and they claimed it was a "printing error." Seriously though, I'm checking LCVG for updates about 3 or 4 times a day now. This is one of the best forums I've ever been to. Thanks for the work guys, Glen
Chris
I could not agree more. The LCVG forums are the best forums I've visited (with the possible exception of the time I installed forum software on my computer just to try it out... the membership there was second to none ). General Zot
Yes, thanks gents. Nice to discuss games in a rational and thoughtful way, instead of defending against flamebois or power mad mods. Lovin' it! Oh yeah, nice that everyone here admits that XBox is the 8om8, PS2 PWNs j00 a11, and that Nintendo will be broke and destitute by Xmas. Hehe... JohnE
I've got to agree. Great job on LCVG all the way around. I promised myself earlier this year that I wouldn't get sucked into another online forum for any reason. Guess what???...didn't work out and I'm glad! [/b] Definitely. The administrators/ owners are fabulous, but the other big reason I enjoy this place so much is the membership. I've been to several game-specific forums in the past and left every one completely unimpressed. This place is brimming with intelligent minds full of experience and insight. I've also yet to run into a single bigot. That says alot whenever the internet is concerned... I think it has partly to do with LCVG's target demographic, vs. the Gamespy forums, etc.
Hank Scorpio
I've been very pleased with this joint so far. A community like this = good times. *Gives a hearty pat on back to all*

Calvin
I do believe that this will be one of the top gaming sites. The owners, staff, & members are what make this forum go. We can be serious about games - while having some good fun as well. You can't get this at most other places.
foogledricks
Ever since HTS lost its traffic, I switched over to HTF. Now I am here. So far the tone of conversation is pleasant and fun. I wish there was a bit more traffic sometimes, but that will come with time. What I really hope is that this community will facilitate group play that I will become a part of. So far I haven't really participated in group play. I hope that this forum will make Halo 2 group play everything it can be.
