James T
I can't get my second one to work. The center Xbox button just keeps flashing each time I try to turn it on. It doesn't matter if my main controller has already been on or if the second controller is the first to be activated, it just keeps flashing. Anyone else having a similar problem? Whooter
Try pressing the Connect button on the console face (next to the memory ports) and then the connect button on the controller (next to the left trigger)... That seemed to work for me (I have two controllers, but haven't tried the second one until just now...)
James T
Yup that did it. I guess I should be reading the manual, huh? Well, at least I now know what that wavy thing on the controller/360 is. Thanks

Angel P
I just purchased my 2nd wireless yesterday but haven't opened it yet. I most certainly would've posted here with the same question. Thanks for the clarification. Btw, anyone know what this supposed manual looks like? Carlucci
You non-manual readers kill me! I mean, take it into the shitter with you and give a once-over, for crying out loud. Man, I read my manuals cover-to-cover every time, just in case there is a subtle feature that's easy to miss. Carlos.

The Daisy
I had the same issue with my 2nd controller. I didn't think that I had to press something on the console to get the controller to work. Glen

Thanks to wireless networking, I always let Joey know when we are on AIM, if I am dropping kids off at the pool. -Dean-
matt
I had this problem as well and didn’t know about the connect button on the console until reading this thread. What worked for me was connecting the controller with the plug and charge cable. It’s worked fine since then.
