Robot Monkey
After the boys at Penny Arcade plugged the hell out of Oasis, I saw that it's the GameTunnel Game of the Year. So I had to try it. I love it. It really does play like a compressed and streamlined Civilization. You send your little dude out to explore the map. Then you can build roads to connect your cities, set people to mine, discover new techs and so on. A round lasts around five minutes and an entire game lasts, maybe a half hour. It's fun, addictive and lives very well next to my Pop Cap games. Try the free demo!
Robot Monkey
Been playing this some more. This game is hot, hot, hot and worth every penny! There's a lot of tight gameplay built into it's 9 mb. Someone else give this a shot and support small games!
The Daisy
I played the demo for this the other day at work and I loved it. I pulled a "Bud Light Daredevil" and stayed 30 minutes after everyone else left just because I didn't notice the clock at work. I'll be buying the full version eventually. The game is just too damn much fun. Glen
General Zot
I snuck through the demo version here at work as well. I think I'll pick up the full next time we have a lull. It's a brilliant quick fix at the office (and doesn't require sound.)
Robot Monkey
Dammit, I'm stuck on the "Up the Nile" level on Normal. Grr. Anyone else have problems with that level? Anyone else playing the game at all? EDIT: Got it. NM.
