Cyberwoo
Toyota has to work those clips into a commercial somehow. No need for the silly CGI/tricky camera cutaways like they use on the commercials for the new trucks. I love my 2004 Tacoma. I love that show as well. iainl
I love the way the Google blurb has been written to suggest that Clarkson is just some guy called "Jimmy" who is trashing his own truck. Absolutely classic series of TG, though. The big race this year with the Veyron vs. the Plane was great, too.
iainl
Toyota has to work those clips into a commercial somehow. I think the BBC (and by extension the British licensepayer) might object, a bit.

Angry the Clown
The big race this year with the Veyron vs. the Plane was great, too. That was great. I never tire of their races. Such an entertaining show. Sunday nights are tedious until a new series starts up again.

Ryan FB
Does the BBC Own it? I see this show on Discovery all the time.Discovery is semi-affiliated with the BBC (Discovery Communications operates BBC America in a partnership with them), which is how they got hold of TG and got them to redo some bits for the short-lived American run. As far as I know, TG hasn't played on Discovery in a while, because they got the bright idea that they should axe airing it here and make a completely American version instead (as showing them both would cause some sort of space-time rip). You can read about it here and here. I wish they would just air the unedited British versions on some channel available in the US. Speed apparently doesn't have enough time to fit it in between NASCAR and MORE NASCAR, Discovery seems to think that we need portions redone or a whole new program, and BBC America doesn't seem interested at all. JFo
sad thing is i knew what he was trying to say. As did I. Over the years, I've learned to just sound out the words when he doesn't spell them right. It usually works too.
