He's talking about the content advisor in Internet Explorer Jeff.


To fix this Bob you'll have to run regedit on the computer and remove the following key. I would highly recommend backing up your registry before making any changes (click on file and backup registry):





Close out IE and reopen after removing that key and it should reset the content advisor password for you.
