To fix this Bob you'll have to run regedit on the computer and remove the following key. I would highly recommend backing up your registry before making any changes (click on file and backup registry): HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\ Ratings Close out IE and reopen after removing that key and it should reset the content advisor password for you.
