Carlucci
Ron, aka on XBL as Ronald McZombie, turns 27 today. He is a new member to the forum, but is off to a great start. Here is his interview: ------------- 1. What kind of work do you do? And where do you live? I work for the Government of Canada as an IT Project Manager (just started this position a few weeks ago, before that I was a Software Systems Analyst/Development Team Lead i.e. programmer) I live across the river from Ottawa, Ontario in Aylmer, Quebec. 2. You originally came here for the Carnivale discussion. Now that the show is gone, what shows do you watch? I do miss Carnivale. Loved that show. Man, it might be easier to ask what shows I don't watch, now that I have an HD-PVR... Watching now: (in no particular order) The Daily Show The Colbert Report Prison Break The Simpsons Family Guy American Dad The Ultimate Fighter The Office My Name is Earl Lost Supernatural Everybody Hates Chris Good Eats Robot Chicken South Park Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip (until it's cancelled) Shark (ditto) Heroes Doctor Who Will watch when they're on: Scrubs 24 The Sopranos 3. What is your favorite game of all time? In the "favorite 4 games ever" thread, I put my number one as Monkey Island 2: LeChuck's Revenge, so I better stand by that. I'd replay it right now. Hmm, maybe I should go look for a copy... 4. If you could become any videogame character, and have his/her attributes in the real world, who would you choose to become and why? Pondering this question is taking up way too much of my day, so I'm just going to say Pac-Man. He eats all he wants and never gets bigger. Then, sometimes, he takes magic pills and has the ability to destroy evil spirits. 5. If you had to choose another era in past history to live in, which time would you choose and why? November 12th, 1955. But that might just be a coincidence... Really though, I'd go with the Old West. I'd be a gunslinger. Man With No Name and junk... riding from town to town, dealing in lead... sweet. (In reality, I'd probably end up more like Merrick, the newspaper guy on Deadwood...) 6. What's the funniest prank you ever pulled on someone or had pulled on you? A guy who was in the cube next to me at work would listen to MP3s all day on his speakers. He had thousands upon thousands of songs on his hard drive. One day he left his screen unlocked, so I went in and made thousands of copies of Abba's Dancing Queen throughout his collection, renaming many of them, and added them all to his playlist, randomizing it so they'd be scattered throughout. After that, Dancing Queen played for him every couple of minutes. He tried rebuilding his playlist, but they were still there! He found about 300 copies of the song in his Abba/ folder and deleted them, but the song kept playing all the time! For weeks I would try not to laugh out loud everytime I heard "Dancing Queen" coming from the next cube over... ------------------- Welcome and Happy Birthday, Ron! Carlos. Robot Monkey
And have you decided how to expend your 28 BTUs? It may be enough for a stovetop espresso maker.
