JoeyN
Over at AVS they mention Microcenter has a $100 mail in rebate on the Xbox 360. The rebate prints out of the register when you pay. Many have said it is true. So for those looking to pick up a system. Seems like a good deal
Romier S
It's true and is being reported at Gamespot right here: http://www.gamespot.com/news/6161691.html?tag=latestnews;title;1 There are 19 Microcenter locations in the US: http://www.microcenter.com/at_the_stores/index.html
Magness
I am close to a microcenter here in Denver so if anyone needs a 360, I'd be happy to pick one up for you and ship it out...
PrivatePixel
One of the Micro Centers here ran this deal a couple of months back, as part of its newly-constructed Game Room promotions. They're good with MIRs (I got my rebate cheque/check on a PSU a month after I sent it in), so it's a really good deal for anyone in the market for a 360. JoeyN
Folks the deal has been extended till the end of the year. Also it seems if you sign up for a Microcenter Visa CC you get $100 credit 1-2 weeks after your first purchase. So $200 Premium 360 anyone? Magness
Microcenter also offers the Vonage in-store discount ($200 off instantly). the Vonage thing is one year of phone service, unlimited calling for $24 per month with first month free and a free modem (it may not be free after Sunday). So thats another great way to get a premium 360 for $99 w/MIR or core 360 for $0 w/MIR.
PrivatePixel
Does anyone know if MC offers extended warranties, and if they do, how much?
Robot Monkey
Does anyone know if MC offers extended warranties, and if they do, how much? Yes, they do (they offered me one). I *think* it was $50. You can contact them via the telephone device for the exact number. They've always been great answering my questions over the phone. The switch to Vonage is tempting, seeing as I spend almost the same amount each month through AT&T and I doubt the service could be any worse. Heheheh I know what you mean... I actually did the Vonage thing myself (but not for an Xbox) and will be using it as a line for my teenage daughter. I get to use it as a "Christmas Present" to my daughter and it got me $200 off one of my wife's gifts

Can you combine all three offers for a free Premium 360? $400 -$100 Microcenter rebate -$100 Visa Credit -$200 Vonage Instant Savings =$0 Is there any fine print that would prohibit this? I have a friend here at work, and he's quite interested in this deal.
Magness
I know you can combine the Vonage and Microcenter discounts together - I do not know if you can also use the Visa credit on the same order.
