PewterPirate
http://www.commodoregaming.com/pcshop/Home.aspx I wonder if any of them come with a cassette tape drive.
JoeyN
The commodore name was sold to another company. Just making high end gaming machines
secretvampire
Yeah, I think it's sad to see the once glorious Commodore name being attached to these kinds of endeavors. It's just a run-of-the-mill Windows gaming PC.
rustyjaw
I wonder if any of them come with a cassette tape drive. I had a cassette drive with my C64 and it was a joke. You could save to it, and read back your data once, but I don't think I ever got it to read twice. It wasn't much later that the 5.25" floppy drive came out, that was a revelation. PewterPirate
You guys where lucky, my dad was to cheap to spring for the C64, so I was stuck with the Vic 20.
General Zot
You guys where lucky, my dad was to cheap to spring for the C64, so I was stuck with the Vic 20. Be sure to put him in the appropriate rest home when the time comes, and re-gift that Vic20 to him. :lol
Camp
I think it was Gizmodo who made fun of this use of the Commodore gaming PC's saying something like, "Because Commodore is synonymous with fast computers."
