  1. Thanks for that, Brian. I'll wait to see if I can find one of these dirt cheap somehow.
  2. Cool, thanks! I was a C-64 junkie in my younger years, I always wanted an Amiga but they just weren't very big here in the US.
  3. Hahah...yeah, I know a lot of you are way up north, but I forgot about the guys in this region. Brian and Carlos alone would be enough to overwhelm my not-so-large house...and Romier and Kelly are within striking distance too. Sooo...as you know my propensity for collecting systems...anybody have a very cheap N-Gage they want to sell me? EB and Gamestop are dropping the old taco like a dead body and all games are $7 max (some are even $2), even for new releases. I picked up 4-5 of the best exclusives for the system for $20. Now I need something to play them on. And...Brian, here's a question for you. I'm still learning the history of the European gaming landscape, and I'm looking into getting an Amiga CD-32 sometime in the future. Do you have ANY idea if I would have issues running it on an American display? More games I want for that than a PC-FX or FM-Towns Marty.
  4. Whenever the LCVG membership wants to drive down to Austin!
  5. I bought it. White console = much more sexy than my ugly gray US one, plus the box is gorgeous. Can I get my own subforum in the FS/T forum now?
  6. Mmm....gotta think about it. Got any pics? You'd probably have to take some for Ebay anyway.
  7. Gah....so tempting. I wouldn't mind replacing my unit only US Duo with a sexy boxed Japanese model.
  8. I don't want to hear snickering from ANYBODY, got that??? PM sent, Jeff.
  9. Hahah...I see my reputation has preceeded me. This is one time I think I'm actually going to have to pass. I'm a bit low on funds right now and smack dab in the middle of starting up a new business, so I'm trying to keep a lid on spending right now. Great stuff though, and of course I have nothing but the highest recommendations for dealing with Jeff. Everything is always in fantastic shape and he does some really great packaging!
  10. Yeah, I was lucky enough to find it at a local Half Price Books complete for $5. I'm looking forward to playing that one, but haven't gotten to it yet. Yeah, I liked MOO2 just fine. I didn't get tired of the micromanaging, I thought it was decently balanced.
  11. Yep, I played both of these TO DEATH, espcially the MOO series. Great stuff. I never did play MOO3, but everybody and every publication known to man has warned me away from it.
  12. Hey guys, Sorry, I've been out of town all weekend, I will be sending some of you PMs! Cheers, Jason
  13. Interesting, I'll keep an eye out for that! Thanks!
  14. Hey guys, I've really been into playing old PC games lately with DOSBox and revisiting a lot of titles I played as a kid but never finished. I'm actually thinking of converting an old 800mHz PC I've got sitting around into a dual boot MS-DOS/Win98 machine for a more authentic experience. I'm looking to buy some vintage PC games you might have sitting in your closet, preferably in good condition with their boxes and original manuals and maps (I'm an anal collector), but I won't be TOO picky. I'm especially looking for: Ultima titles (including Ultima Underground series and Worlds of Ultima series) Old Sierra adventure games (Quest For Glory, Space Quest, etc.) SSI Dungeons and Dragons gold box series Return to Zork ...lots of others I'm forgetting I'm open to suggestions too! - Jason
  15. Okay, well, I am going to be a lot quicker than a few hours. I checked my bank account and this would be a bad idea for me right now, sorry!
  16. I would like to reserve that GT4 wheel, give me maybe a few hours to decide and I'll let you know if I'm going to take it or going to pass. You will know no later than this evening.
  17. I would be all over this if I hadn't just bought a similar system (US Duo + HuCard convertor). Not to mention that Romier just beat me out in buying this system when he got it, that bastard!
  18. I will take the first Karaoke Revolution w/ mic, sending you a PM, Chris!
  19. Bug, I'd like to be your customer again. Sending you a PM.
  20. So, I like trying out some of the older systems...I recently got a TG16 + CD unit and have been enjoying that. I would like to give the old Neo Geo AES home cartridge system a try. It's a long shot, but does anybody have one they are looking to get rid of?
  21. Just an update, they sent out a corrected code tonight, so I wound up ordering EON for $11. Yea!
  22. Well, if anybody else gets one, let me know if it works!
